Use these

Google Chrome

Chrome provides the most reliable experience for connecting to and using Pixel Streaming sessions.

Microsoft Edge

Supported

Edge supports Pixel Streaming and is a suitable alternative when Chrome is not available.

Avoid this for now

Safari

Not currently supported

Safari currently has known Pixel Streaming connection and playback issues. Copy the session link into Chrome or Edge instead.

Core concepts

These are the building blocks you will see throughout the app.

Personas

A persona is the person you interact with. In Creator mode you can build and edit personas directly. In Easy mode, the persona is bundled inside the selected scenario and stays fixed for that launch.

Scenarios

A scenario is the situation wrapped around the conversation: the role, setting, objectives, and tone. In Easy mode, scenarios are pre-made and stay fixed unless you switch to Creator.

Sessions

A session is the live run. It combines the selected persona and scenario, stores the transcript, and then shows feedback and review once the run is complete.

Files

Files are used to ground scenarios with supporting material such as CVs, job descriptions, policies, or briefing notes. File management belongs to Creator mode because it changes how a scenario behaves.

Frequently asked questions

Account, billing, and workflow details.

What is the difference between Easy and Creator mode?
Easy mode is a guided flow. You choose from ready-made scenarios, start faster, and keep the configuration simple. Creator mode opens the full builder workflow so you can create and edit personas, scenarios, files, and supporting assets.
Can I change a persona or scenario in Easy mode?
No. Easy mode is intentionally fixed so it stays fast and simple. Each Easy scenario launches as supplied with its linked persona. Editing belongs to Creator mode.
What can I buy in Easy mode?
Easy users can add more scenario templates and credits from Shop. Standalone voice, 3D avatar, and background scene asset shopping is kept in Creator mode.
Why do you ask for profile information?
Profile details help tailor the product to your role, goals, and context. It also keeps those details in one place so you do not have to repeat them each time. Update them under Profile.
Can I repeat the same setup more than once?
Yes. You can launch another session with the same scenario whenever you want to rehearse again. The setup stays consistent, but each conversation can still play out differently.
Where do credits fit in?
Credits cover metered usage such as live sessions and related runtime costs. You can review your current balance in Billing and top up from Shop Credits when you need more balance.
Where do I manage billing?
Use Billing to manage your plan and review your current credit balance. Use Billing History to review invoices, subscription changes, one-time payments, and credit activity.
Where can I find my invoices?
Open Billing History and look in the Payments & subscriptions section. Invoice actions appear there when an entry has an invoice attached.
How do I view or download an invoice?
In Billing History, open the relevant billing entry and use View invoice to open it in the browser or Download invoice to open the PDF version.
What is the difference between Billing History and Credit Activity?
Payments & subscriptions shows Stripe-side events such as invoices, subscription changes, and one-time checkouts. Credit activity shows how credits were added, adjusted, expired, or used on the account.
How are subscriptions different from one-time credit top-ups?
Subscriptions are recurring plans managed from Billing. One-time credit top-ups are separate purchases from Shop Credits. Both can appear in Billing History, but they represent different kinds of account activity.
What should I do if I cannot find an invoice?
First check Billing History. Not every account event creates an invoice, so some entries will only show status or credit activity. If you still cannot find what you need, use the support form.
