Avatar Creation

Custom 3D character and avatar experiences for real-time training, interviews, guidance, and role-play.

Built around the role

Pxl-Persona avatars are designed around the job, scenario, audience, and tone of the interaction. The goal is not just a visual character, but a repeatable person that can carry a structured conversation.

The current platform supports reusable personas with background context, voice choices, profile detail, and linked scenarios.

  • Interviewers and role-play characters
  • Training personas for education and employability
  • Digital guides for museums, open days, and visitor support
  • Reusable persona libraries for teams

What we can create

We can help design new avatar identities from a training brief, adapt existing character ideas into platform-ready personas, or build a library of role-specific people for repeated use.

A good avatar is more than a face. We define the role, backstory, communication style, confidence, boundaries, and the kind of session the character needs to support.

  • Patients, customers, clients, visitors, or assessors
  • Brand-aligned guides for events, museums, and open days
  • Character variants for different levels of difficulty

From visual identity to live session

The avatar, voice, scenario, and source material need to feel like one system. We help define that system so the experience is useful for practice, not just visually interesting.

That can include selecting the right 3D character style, matching the voice, writing persona context, defining behaviour for different scenarios, and testing how the avatar feels once it is live in the browser.

Processed on sovereign Pxl servers

We design Pxl-Persona projects so core processing runs in house, on premise, on our own machines, rather than relying on cloud AI providers for the standard service.

This means avatar, voice, data, AI processing, and deployment work can be built around sovereign Pxl servers, giving organisations clearer control over where their material is processed and how the workflow is operated.

  • In-house processing on Pxl-owned infrastructure
  • On-premise machines for standard AI workflows
  • No standard reliance on cloud AI providers
  • Clearer control for sensitive training material

How avatar projects usually work

We start with the audience and the conversation they need to practise. From there we shape the avatar's job, personality, presentation, and boundaries before connecting it to scenarios.

For organisations, this can become a reusable persona library so different teams can launch consistent practice sessions without rebuilding the character each time.
